At New Creation Talent Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality talent acquisition services to our clients. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from us.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Our services are delivered based on signed agreements that clearly outline the scope, fees, and conditions. Refunds for recruitment services are governed by the terms of each individual service agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement).
General Policy:

No refunds are issued once recruitment services have been initiated (e.g., job orders processed, candidate searches started).

Refunds may be considered only if agreed upon in writing in your specific contract.
2. Replacement Guarantee
Instead of traditional refunds, New Creation Talent Collective offers a Replacement Guarantee as outlined in your service agreement. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within [e.g., 90 days] of their hire date, we will:

Provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost, per the terms of your agreement.
3. Online Payments
Payments made online are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Once payment is received and services begin, refunds are generally not available unless explicitly stated in your service contract.
Please refer to your signed agreement for the specific terms related to your service package.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of administrative error, duplicate payment, or mistaken overcharge, refunds may be issued upon verification. Please contact us within 7 business days of the payment date to request a review.
